Overview

I joined Microsoft as part of a small, highly concentrated cohort within the Microsoft AI Development Acceleration Program (MAIDAP) — a program designed to embed engineers directly into real, high-impact teams shipping production AI systems at scale.

From day one, I worked across multi-disciplinary teams spanning product, research, design, and platform engineering. My role focused on designing and building end-to-end AI systems — from agent orchestration and cloud infrastructure to evaluation, deployment, and real user feedback.

Much of the work is private, but at a high level, my work sat at the intersection of AI agents, personalization systems, and scalable cloud platforms, with a strong emphasis on correctness, security, and real-world usability.
